Counsellor in the Classroom

CITC is a free program that promotes the discussion of mental health and well-being among young people.The program offers two modules:1. Mental Health and Help-Seeking
Available to students in Grades 4 - 12
2. Stress and Anxiety (NEW!)
Available to students in Grades 9 - 12
Each module is divided into two parts. The first part includes classroom activities led by the educator with the support of Kids Help Phone's educational resource booklet. The second part is a 45-minute phone or video call conversation between the class and one of Kids Help Phone's professional counsellors.
